Responsibilities
- Transport individuals to various destinations including work, shopping, and medical appointments.
- Assist individuals in entering and exiting the vehicle safely.
- Secure wheelchairs and ensure the safety of passengers during transport.
- Utilize GPS and smartphones for navigation and communication.
- Provide exceptional customer service to individuals and their families.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license required.
- Minimum of 3 years of driving experience with a good driving record.
- Ability to physically transfer individuals in and out of the vehicle.
- Must pass a CORI, SORI, OIG, drug test, and pre-employment physical.
