About the position

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three years in a customer service role or currently pursuing a college degree preferred.
• Prior experience in transportation, logistics, and/or customer service is preferred.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
• Ability to resolve conflicts proactively.
