This position is responsible for overseeing project budgets, schedules, technical requirements, and contractual obligations, ensuring quality delivery on time and within budget while maintaining client satisfaction. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders and leading project teams to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, budget, and schedule to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary liaison with clients, assisting in project scoping and contract negotiations.
• Perform technical tasks including analysis, reports, design, and specification for assigned projects.
• Implement HNTB's project delivery plan and lead the execution of the project management plan.
• Supervise and mentor project team members to achieve overall project objectives.
• Coordinate with managers on project staffing and support performance reviews.
• Assist with business development and client relationship building for strategic projects.
• Prepare proposal and presentation materials, leading proposal development and interview presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 8 years of relevant experience in project management.
• 2 years of task management or Deputy PM experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in Engineering.
• 10 years of relevant experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
• Experience in a multi-disciplinary, collaborative engineering environment.
