Responsibilities

• Knowledge of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Principles
• Developing plans and procedures for managing traffic congestion
• Preparing documentation for reports, procedures, and standards
• Researching, organizing, and analyzing information to make recommendations
• Communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Making effective presentations in group or individual settings
• Knowledgeable in data collection, procedures, and methods for traffic studies and traffic signal system operation
• Knowledgeable in traffic and safety principles

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• 5 years of experience, preferably in transportation management
• Engineering in training certificate preferred
• Professional Engineer license preferred
