As a Transportation Solutions Supervisor at DHL Supply Chain, you will coordinate and supervise the daily and weekly activities within your assigned area of the operation. Your role will involve providing leadership, motivation, training, and development of the workforce while executing against customer and site requirements. You will participate in continuous improvement activities as part of the site management team, ensuring that company policies are followed and fostering a positive work culture. Your responsibilities will include overseeing inbound and outbound freight movements, including shuttle service activities for all customer orders and manufactured inventory between the carrier and consignment locations. Additionally, you will support the launch of new business, including systems and operations.
