About the position
John Knox Village is seeking a dynamic and experienced Full Time Transportation Supervisor to provide safe and friendly transportation throughout the John Knox Village community.
Responsibilities
- Supervising the Security and Transportation department
- Helping with scheduling
- Assists in hiring, supervising, evaluating and coaching employees
- Documents emergencies, shift issues and incidents
- Monitors residents' needs are being met for transportation requests and other needs
- Monitors events and activities on campus
- Ensures the safety and well-being of our residents
Requirements
- Valid Florida Driver's license and a clean driving record
- CDL license with passenger endorsement preferred
- 3+ years of passenger driving experience
- Prior supervisory experience a plus
- Someone who likes being a part of a team; contributes as an active team member
- Prior experience working in a healthcare setting a plus
- A flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays
- An all-around problem solver: someone who works well and can make important decisions under pressure
