About The Position
The Transportation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Transportation Department's activities and associates, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service through timely deliveries, efficient routing and scheduling of loads, and maintaining good public relations with store management. The supervisor will also coordinate with warehouse personnel and ensure that all drivers adhere to safety and legal standards.
