About the position
The Transportation Team Leader will oversee a variety of high-visibility and critical projects within the organization, acting as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to mentor less experienced team members, and a business-minded approach to managing the team as an independent and profitable unit. The Team Leader will also be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring project success, and contributing to the overall success of the firm.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Transportation team on high-visibility projects.
- Mentor and develop less experienced team members.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve group profit and net revenue growth.
- Champion process execution and ensure friction-free project delivery.
- Represent McClure in the community by volunteering on boards and commissions.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
- Seven to ten years of progressive management experience in traffic/transportation.
- Professional Engineering License or MBA preferred.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships.

- Strong presence in the Traffic and Transportation Industry.
- Understanding of high-level traffic and transportation technical innovations.
