About the position

We are seeking experienced vendors for field service work in Dewitt, Arkansas, specifically for property maintenance tasks. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in various services including lock changes, rekeying, lawn care, maintenance, trash-outs, debris removals, small repairs, tree trimming, tree removal, and winterizations. This position requires individuals who are self-motivated and capable of managing their own schedules while providing high-quality service to our clients. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for completing work orders as they come in, ensuring that all tasks are performed to the highest standards. You will also need to be proficient in using a smartphone and relevant applications to upload pictures of your work into our system, which is essential for maintaining accurate records and client communication. This role offers a bi-weekly pay schedule based on completed work orders, allowing for flexibility in your work hours and the potential for increased earnings based on your efficiency and quality of service.

Responsibilities

• Perform lock changes and rekeying services.
• Provide lawn care and maintenance services.
• Conduct trash-outs and debris removals.
• Carry out small repairs as needed.
• Trim and remove trees as required.
• Perform winterizations for properties.

Requirements

• Previous experience within the Field Service industry is required.
• Must have own tools and transportation.
• Ability to work as a 1099 independent contractor.
• Proficiency in using a phone and app for picture uploads into the system.
