About the position

We are seeking experienced vendors for field service work in Corning, AR, specifically for property maintenance tasks. The ideal candidates will have a background in various maintenance services, including but not limited to lock changes, rekeying, lawn care, trash-outs, debris removal, small repairs, tree trimming, tree removal, and winterizations. This position requires a hands-on approach to ensure properties are well-maintained and presentable. The work will be performed on a per work order basis, allowing for flexibility in scheduling and workload. Candidates must be self-motivated and capable of managing their own time effectively while adhering to the quality standards expected by our clients. The role is structured as a 1099 independent contractor position, which means you will be responsible for your own taxes and benefits. You will receive bi-weekly payments based on the work completed, and proficiency in using a smartphone and app for uploading pictures into our system is essential for documenting your work and maintaining communication with our team.

Responsibilities

• Perform lock changes and rekeying as needed.
• Provide lawn care and maintenance services.
• Conduct trash-outs and debris removals from properties.
• Carry out small repairs as required.
• Trim and remove trees when necessary.
• Winterize properties to prepare for colder months.

Requirements
