About the position

We are seeking experienced vendors for various property maintenance services across Arkansas. This position involves performing essential tasks such as lock changes, rekeying, lawn care and maintenance, trash-outs, debris removals, small repairs, tree trimming, tree removal, and winterizations. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in the field service industry and be capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for managing your own schedule and workload, ensuring that all services are delivered to a high standard. You will also be required to upload pictures of your work into our system using a mobile app, so proficiency in using smartphones and applications is essential. This role offers a bi-weekly pay schedule based on completed work orders, allowing for flexibility and independence in your work.

Responsibilities

• Perform lock changes and rekeying services.
• Provide lawn care and maintenance services.
• Conduct trash-outs and debris removals.
• Carry out small repairs as needed.
• Perform tree trimming and tree removal tasks.
• Execute winterizations for properties.

Requirements

• Previous experience within the field service industry is required.
• Must have own tools and transportation.
• This is a 1099 position (independent contractor).
• Ability to use a phone and app for picture uploads into the system.
