About The Position

The Trauma Program Manager will oversee the care of trauma patients at a leading medical center in Modesto, California. This role involves working closely with the Associate Administrator to ensure optimal care for critically injured patients, managing trauma registry records, and developing educational programs for trauma personnel. Requirements

• BSN preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in Emergency or Critical Care preferred
• Current California RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• ENPC and TNCC (Instructor preferred, within 6 months of hire)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the care of trauma patients, ensuring best practices in clinical care.
• Manage and maintain trauma registry records, including Quality Improvement reports.
• Develop and implement educational programs for trauma personnel, covering both prevention and all phases of trauma care.
• Monitor patient progress throughout hospitalization and ensure coordination of trauma services.
• Participate in staffing, budgeting, planning, leadership, and continuous quality improvement for trauma services.
