Responsibilities

• Receive best-in-class formal Trauma training on product portfolio and selling skills, including on-the-job training in the operating room.
• Observe over 300 surgical cases in the first year to develop expertise in surgical procedures.
• Develop field exposure to prepare for selling and servicing processes when territory opportunities arise.
• Build a strong brand in account management and client service, which are key drivers in the business.
• Work in a highly competitive and challenging environment, utilizing talents to achieve results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Strong multitasking ability and the aptitude to learn medical and technical information quickly.
• Ability to build strong, lasting relationships and a competitive nature.
