About the position

The Trauma Sales Associate role at Stryker involves supporting the sales of Trauma products while gaining extensive training and experience in the operating room. This position is designed for motivated individuals who are passionate about healthcare and committed to building strong relationships with clients. The associate will work closely with a Trauma Sales Representative and will be expected to be on call most nights and weekends, contributing to surgical teams and positively impacting patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Support sales of Stryker Trauma products by working closely with the Trauma Sales Representative.
  • Receive formal training on the Trauma product portfolio and sales methodology.
  • Observe and learn from over 300 medical procedures in the first year to develop expertise in orthopedic surgical needs.
  • Manage client accounts and provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
  • Be on call most nights and weekends to support surgical teams and client needs.
