Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor trauma patients in an inpatient setting.
- Perform low to moderate risk procedures such as laceration repair and IV access.
- Conduct high-risk procedures including G-tube placement and endotracheal intubation.
- Discharge patients from trauma services after monitoring their progress.
- Collaborate with a physician and another advanced practice provider (APP) in practice.
Requirements
- Active California License
- Board Certified (BC)
- DEA certification
- CSEC certification for PAs
- ACLS certification
- ATLS certification
