About the position

FoundersCard is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to join our ELITE Concierge Team, providing a high-touch, personable, and informed concierge experience for our ELITE Members. This full-time, in-office role is pivotal in ensuring that our members, who are some of the most successful entrepreneurs and business owners, receive exceptional service tailored to their luxury lifestyle needs. The Executive Assistant will handle a variety of requests ranging from luxury shopping and dining to travel arrangements and administrative tasks. Members will communicate their requests through various channels including email, phone, or text, and it is essential that these requests are addressed promptly and professionally. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of FoundersCard Membership and be comfortable engaging with executives. Responsibilities will include troubleshooting membership benefits, conducting detailed research for concierge requests, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. The role demands a proactive approach to customer service, with an emphasis on exceeding member expectations and providing solutions in a timely manner. Candidates should have a strong background in luxury services, travel planning, and exceptional problem-solving skills, ensuring that all member requests are handled with the utmost care and efficiency. In addition to providing concierge services, the Executive Assistant will also support proactive sales efforts to both new and existing members, ensuring that the FoundersCard community continues to thrive. This position requires a blend of excellent communication skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to work independently while managing time effectively under pressure. The Executive Assistant will report directly to the COO, making this a key role within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-touch customer service to ELITE Members
  • Answer inbound calls and emails
  • Research and respond to ELITE Member requests including travel suggestions, restaurant reservations, and administrative tasks
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently and switch priorities as needed
  • Exceed Member expectations consistently
  • Troubleshoot and communicate across multiple platforms
  • Support proactive sales efforts to new and existing Members
  • Provide overflow support to Member Services

Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a luxury environment
  • Background as an executive assistant or virtual assistant
  • Computer and technology savvy
  • Resourceful and able to find creative solutions online
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Polite and professional conduct with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proactive attitude with quick problem-solving abilities
  • Independent with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Willingness to support other teams when needed
  • Confident in prioritizing and meeting deadlines under pressure
