Responsibilities

• Assist patients in developing, recovering, and improving the skills needed for daily living and working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Provide therapy services in accordance with the treatment plan established by the Occupational Therapist.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies.

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Minimum of an associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Current certification in good standing with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Current hands-on CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Current medical documentation and testing.
• Current state and contract-required competency tests and credentials.
