Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to postpartum mothers and their newborns.
  • Monitor and assess the health of mothers and infants during the postpartum period.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Educate mothers on newborn care and postpartum recovery.
  • Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.

Requirements

  • Current RN license in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Experience in Maternal-Newborn nursing or similar specialty.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to varying schedules.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with travel nursing assignments.
  • Certification in Maternal-Newborn nursing.
