As a Travel Counselor at Epic, you will play a crucial role in our 24/7 travel department, which is integral to the overall success of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to organize travel itineraries for employees visiting our customers, ensuring that every aspect of their corporate travel is handled efficiently. This includes managing air and ground transportation, as well as hotel reservations for our staff of over 14,000. You will also be the first point of contact for customers and other callers to our main reception line, providing support and assistance when unexpected situations arise during travel.
