About the position
KPG Healthcare is seeking Computed Tomography Techs for travel and local contract opportunities in Indio, California. This role involves working in various hospitals within the network, providing high-quality imaging services. The position requires a commitment to full-time hours over a 13-week assignment, with the potential for extension.
Responsibilities
- Perform computed tomography scans on patients as per physician orders.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Maintain and operate CT imaging equipment effectively.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.
- Document and maintain accurate patient records and imaging results.
Requirements
- Specialty: CT Tech
- Certifications: ARRT(CT), State License, BLS, Fluoroscopy (if applicable)
- At least 1-2 years of paid hospital experience within the last 3 years
- Ability to commit to full-time hours over the course of 13 weeks.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with various CT imaging techniques
