About the position
Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel CT Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging using computerized tomography in various healthcare settings. This role involves preparing patients for scans, operating CT equipment, processing images, and managing patient records. Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for CT scans and explain the procedure to them.
- Operate CT equipment to capture medical images for diagnostic purposes.
- Process and analyze images for review by radiologists and physicians.
- Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Utilize other imaging equipment such as X-ray and MRI as needed.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent experience as a CT technologist.
- ARRT Certification.
- BLS Certification (AHA).
- Current state license (if applicable).
