The CT Tech position at Winchester Medical Center is a critical role within the CT Scan department, requiring a dedicated professional to provide high-quality imaging services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in computed tomography and be committed to delivering exceptional patient care. This position is essential for ensuring that diagnostic imaging is performed accurately and efficiently, contributing to the overall health and well-being of patients. The CT Tech will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure that imaging protocols are followed and that patient safety is prioritized at all times. As a CT Tech, you will be responsible for operating CT equipment, preparing patients for procedures, and ensuring that all imaging is performed in accordance with established protocols. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of procedures and patient information, as well as assist in the training of new staff members when necessary. The role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, particularly during weekend shifts. This position is scheduled for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with a requirement to work every weekend. There is no on-call requirement for this role, allowing for a more predictable work-life balance. The successful candidate will be a vital part of the healthcare team at Winchester Medical Center, contributing to the delivery of high-quality imaging services to the community.

Responsibilities

  • Operate CT equipment to perform imaging procedures.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid BLS certification (AHA) and ARRT certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Tech.
