About the position

Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Cumming, Georgia. As a CT technologist, you will utilize computerized tomography to capture medical images of patients for diagnostic purposes. This role is essential in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, outpatient centers, private practices, and imaging centers. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing patients for CT scans, operating CT equipment, processing images for radiologists and physicians, and managing patient records. In addition to CT scans, you may also be required to operate other imaging equipment such as X-ray and MRI, depending on the facility's needs. The position is structured as a travel job, which means you will have the opportunity to work in different locations, allowing you to explore new environments while advancing your career. The job is expected to start on August 12, 2024, and will last for a duration of 13 weeks, with a commitment of 40 hours per week, typically in 8-hour shifts during the day. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of recent experience as a CT technologist.
  • ARRT Certification is required.
  • BLS Certification (AHA) is mandatory.
  • Current state license (if applicable) is necessary.
