About the position
Jackson HealthPros is seeking a travel CT Technologist to provide essential imaging services in various healthcare facilities across the U.S. This role involves interpreting physician scanning instructions, administering contrast materials, and operating CT scan equipment. The position offers the opportunity to work in diverse locations for 13-week assignments or longer, catering to facilities experiencing staffing shortages.
Responsibilities
- Interpret physician's scanning instructions accurately.
- Administer contrast materials as required.
- Operate CT scan equipment proficiently.
- Provide imaging services in various healthcare settings across the U.S.
Requirements
- 1 year of CT experience or current enrollment in CT practicum.
- Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology.
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification or ability to obtain ARRT certification within one year of hire or transfer date.
- BLS certification.
