Responsibilities
- Assist in surgical procedures, particularly CABG (open heart) cases.
- Prepare and maintain the sterile field during surgeries.
- Ensure all surgical instruments and supplies are ready for use.
- Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff to ensure patient safety and care.
- Participate in post-operative care and patient monitoring.
Requirements
- BLS certification required.
- Must be a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST).
- Experience handling CABG (open heart) cases.
