Zack Group is seeking a travel Echo Technologist for a travel job in Winchester, Virginia. This position is designed for an Echo Tech who is ready to take on a travel assignment, providing essential services in a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing echocardiograms and other related diagnostic procedures, ensuring high-quality patient care and accurate results. The role requires a commitment to maintaining patient safety and comfort during procedures, as well as adhering to all relevant protocols and standards in the medical field. The Echo Technologist will work a standard schedule of 5 days a week, with shifts from 06:00 AM to 02:00 PM. This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week over a duration of 13 weeks. The successful candidate will be expected to collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and nursing staff, to provide comprehensive care to patients. Additionally, the Echo Tech will be responsible for maintaining equipment, ensuring it is in good working order, and reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel. Candidates must possess a current state or equivalent compact license, along with a valid Nursing License. A minimum of 2 years of recent experience as an Echo Tech is required, along with current BLS and/or ACLS certifications. The position also requires the ability to pass a background check and urine drug screening.
