About the position
The Home Health RN position at Fusion Medical Staffing involves providing medical care in the privacy of patients' homes. This travel nursing role requires the RN to drive to multiple patients' homes daily, ensuring high-quality care and support. Responsibilities
- Completes nursing assessment of patients and documents appropriately into patient record.
- Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other health team members.
- Provides and coordinates patient care with other health team members.
- Monitors patients' responses to interventions and reports outcomes.
- Administers medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.
- Shares on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- One year of experience as a RN, with at least 6 months of recent Home Health experience required.
- Current RN License in the state of practice.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
- Must have valid auto insurance.
- Critical thinking and service excellence skills.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
