About the position

Epic Travel Staffing is seeking a Travel CT Tech to provide imaging services in a healthcare setting. This full-time position involves working with a diverse patient population, from newborns to geriatrics, utilizing advanced CT technology. The role is structured for a 13-week assignment with a focus on delivering high-quality imaging services during day shifts, with no weekend or on-call requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures on patients of all ages, from newborns to geriatrics.
• Ensure the proper operation of CT equipment and maintain safety protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records and imaging results.
• Assist in the training and orientation of new staff as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Tech.
• Experience with Siemens Definition Edge CT equipment.
• Comfortable performing CT scans independently.
• Current AHA BLS certification.
• ARRT certification required.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Philips PACS and Meditech EMR systems is highly preferred.
• Previous travel experience is highly preferred.
