About the position
As a Social Services professional, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to individuals and families in need. Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments of clients' needs and develop individualized care plans.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in social services or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
