Responsibilities

• Generating and handling traffic
• Handling phone calls and onsite traffic
• Following up with prospects
• Qualifying prospects
• Conducting tours
• Securing leases
• Facilitating on-site staff training
• Preparing lease documents
• Maintaining excellent customer service
• Maintaining thorough knowledge of the property and the comps in the market
• Achieving and exceeding occupancy and prelease goals
• Performing various administrative tasks as needed
• Performing any other duties as assigned by your supervisor

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills demonstrating verbal and written expression, active listening and ability to maintain interpersonal relationships
• Ability to identify strengths and weaknesses of sales approaches
• Prioritization and organization of time and customers
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours
• Multi-family or student housing experience
• Must have passion for sales
• Confidence, creativity and organizational skills
• A can-do attitude with the tenacity to get the job done, no matter what
• Must be proficient in social networking: Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
