About the position
Assured Nursing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a travel position in Long Term Care in Honokaa, Hawaii. Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in a long-term care facility.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with daily living activities for residents.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Requirements
- Current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- At least 2 years of recent experience in Long Term Care (LTC).
- Ability to work night shifts from 11 PM to 7 AM.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR).
- Basic life support (BLS) certification.
