Responsibilities
- Provide patient care under the supervision of a nurse or physician.
- Monitor patient vitals and perform testing.
- Collect samples and change dressings.
- Assist patients with eating, dressing, or bathing.
- Maintain accurate patient records.

Requirements
- 1 year of recent acute care experience in specialty.
- Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
