About the position
AristaCare at Manchester is seeking Travel LPNs/RNs to provide essential nursing care to residents in New Jersey. This role involves delivering individualized care, medication supervision, and health monitoring while collaborating with a team to ensure high-quality service. The position requires flexibility in scheduling and a commitment to working full-time hours, including alternate weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents according to their individual needs.
- Supervise medication administration and monitor health status.
- Assess physical and mental capacity of residents.
- Develop individualized care plans for residents.
- Lead by example and ensure high-quality care is provided to all residents.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to meet residents' needs.
Requirements
- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the State of New Jersey.
- Must have experience in nursing.
- Must live at least 50 miles away to qualify for the non-taxable stipend.
- Must be flexible and able to work with the Staffing Coordinator.
