Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Medical Technologist to support hospitals in Berkeley, California. Responsibilities

• Perform lab tests on patient specimens to assist in detecting, diagnosing, and monitoring diseases.
• Collect samples of fluids, tissues, and other substances from patients.
• Test and analyze samples and discuss findings with physicians.
• Work standing for extended periods of time.

Requirements

• Must have American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) Certification or American Medical Technologists (AMT) certification.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience as a Generalist, Blood Banking, Phlebotomy, Urinalysis, and Hematology.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized individual.
• Demonstrable familiarity with complex medical equipment.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and irregular hours.
