American Traveler is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week assignment in York, Maine. This role involves working 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts, providing essential MRI services in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities
- Perform MRI scans and ensure patient safety during procedures.
- Maintain and operate MRI equipment according to safety standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care.
- Document patient information and scan results accurately.
- Assist in training and mentoring new staff as needed.
Requirements
- Current professional license as required by the state.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Valid BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
- Specialty-related certifications are preferred and may be required for specific travel positions.
- At least one year of recent experience in specialty and a like setting for RN positions.
Nice-to-haves
