About the position

Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging using magnetic resonance technology. This role involves preparing patients, operating MRI machines, processing images for radiologists, and managing patient records in various healthcare settings such as hospitals and outpatient centers. The position offers the opportunity to travel and explore new locations while working in the allied health field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for MRI procedures.
• Operate MRI technology to capture medical images.
• Process MRI images for review by radiologists and physicians.
• Maintain and manage patient records related to MRI procedures.
• Utilize other radiologic equipment such as CTs and X-rays as needed.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent experience as an MRI technologist.
• ARRT Certification.
• BLS Certification (AHA).
• Current state license (if applicable).
