About the position

SkyBridge Healthcare is looking for an experienced Long Term Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a travel nursing position in Farmington, ME. This role involves providing care in a long-term care setting, with a focus on delivering high-quality nursing services to patients. The position is full-time, with a shift schedule of 5x8 hours in the evenings, and is set to last for 13 weeks with an immediate start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in a long-term care facility.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements

• Valid LPN license in the state of Maine.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification.
