About the position

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical ICU (MICU) setting.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Requirements
- Active RN license or willingness to obtain one in Idaho.
- Minimum of one year of RN experience.
- At least one year of Medical ICU (MICU) experience within the last two years.
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in nursing from an accredited program.
- BLS certification and relevant MICU certifications.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in other critical care areas such as Emergency Room or Telemetry.
- Additional certifications in specialty areas.
