About the position
Nomad Health is seeking an experienced Medical ICU (MICU) registered nurse for a travel assignment in Idaho. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical ICU (MICU) setting.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of RN experience.
- One year of Medical ICU (MICU) experience within the last two years as an RN.
- Active RN license or willingness to obtain a Registered Nurse license in Idaho.
- RN degree from an accredited registered nurse program.
- BLS and all relevant Medical ICU (MICU)/department-specific certifications required.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in other nursing specialties such as Emergency Room, Telemetry, or Operating Room nursing.
