Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to neonatal patients in the ICU setting.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and communicating with physicians.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate families on care procedures and health management for their infants.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of RN experience.
- One year of Neonatal ICU (NICU) experience within the last two years as an RN.
- Active RN license or willingness to obtain a Registered Nurse license in CA.
- RN degree from an accredited registered nurse program.
- BLS and all relevant Neonatal ICU (NICU)/department-specific certifications required.
