About the position

Nomad Health is seeking an experienced Rehabilitation registered nurse for a travel assignment in Pennsylvania. This role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, along with support from the Nomad Navigator team to assist with the transition and ongoing needs of travel nurses.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes and care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of RN experience.
• One year of Rehabilitation experience within the last two years as an RN.
• Active RN license or willingness to obtain a Registered Nurse license in PA.
• RN degree from an accredited registered nurse program.
• BLS and all relevant Rehabilitation/department-specific certifications required.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in other nursing specialties such as Medical Surgical, Emergency Room, or ICU nursing.
