Health Advocates Network-Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN specializing in Behavioral Health for a 12-week contract in Boonton, New Jersey. This role requires a dedicated professional to provide care in a psychiatric setting, working night shifts for 36 hours per week. Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in a psychiatric setting.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options.
Requirements
- Must have 1 year of experience as a Psych Registered Nurse (RN).
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
- Active, current (NJ) state license.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
