About the position

As a Pediatric CVICU RN, you will provide specialized care to young patients with life-threatening heart conditions. This role involves continuous monitoring and treatment of patients suffering from various cardiac issues, including heart attacks and dysrhythmias. You will be part of a travel nursing team, adapting quickly to new environments and providing high-quality patient care in different facilities across the country.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to young patients with life-threatening heart conditions.
• Monitor and treat patients suffering from cardiac dysrhythmia and other related conditions.
• Adapt quickly to new healthcare environments and facilities as a travel nurse.
• Support patients and their families during critical care situations.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of recent experience in pediatric cardiac care or CVICU nursing.
• Active nursing license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states.
• Additional certifications as required by specific facilities or units.
