About the position
Core Medical Group is seeking a travel nurse RN specializing in Home Health for a 13-week assignment in Lawrenceville, Georgia. This role involves providing nursing care in a home health setting, working 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts. The position offers an opportunity to explore the diverse geography and attractions of Georgia while fulfilling nursing responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in a home health setting.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and care.
- Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of Georgia.
- Experience in home health nursing.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-haves
- BLS certification
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Previous travel nursing experience.
