Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Critical Care Unit.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Requirements
- 1 year of full-time RN Critical Care Unit experience within the last 2 years.
- Current RN license in the state of Ohio.
