Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the ICU setting.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of Texas or compact state.
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to changing environments.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with travel nursing assignments.
- Additional certifications in critical care nursing.
