Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in a Long Term Acute Care setting.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in Long Term Acute Care or a similar setting.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, days.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
