Core Medical Group is seeking a Travel Nurse RN specializing in Long Term Care for a 13-week assignment in Richland Center, Wisconsin. This role involves providing nursing care in a long-term care setting, working 8-hour shifts primarily during evenings and nights. Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in a long-term care facility.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Assist with daily living activities for residents as needed.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of Wisconsin.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in long-term care or a similar setting.
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts, including evenings and nights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Certification in geriatric nursing or long-term care nursing.
