About the position
The Registered Nurse (RN) position at Cynet Health focuses on providing high-quality patient care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This role involves assessing patient health, developing care plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The position is for a 13-week duration with guaranteed hours, primarily during the night shift.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a post-acute care setting
- Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans
- Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients
- Collaborate with a team to ensure the best quality of care
- Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions
- Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
- Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions
- Prepare and assist patients during examinations and treatments
- Support patients and families in understanding patient conditions, care, and treatment plans
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Active Registered Nurse License required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Familiarity with EPIC charting system
