About the position
Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel nurse RN Manager specializing in Behavioral Health for a travel nursing job in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This position is for a 13-week assignment at a partnering Behavioral Health Clinic, with a start date as soon as possible. The role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled for 8 hours during the night. The RN Manager will also oversee nursing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, and will play a key role in mentoring and training new staff members. The position offers a competitive pay package, with estimated weekly earnings ranging from $2,620 to $2,910, which may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. The contract has the potential for extension based on performance and clinic needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in a behavioral health setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Implement care plans and monitor patient progress.

- Oversee nursing staff and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Requirements
- Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License / Certification
- American Heart Association BLS certification
- 1 to 2 years of recent relevant experience
